Future of Work in Africa seeks to engage the new ways of work for youths as a way to address issues of unemployment across Africa in the future where technology would have taken over labor.

The event, themed “21st Century Skills: Youth as JOB CREATORS not JOB SEEKERS, using AIAs Approach” will engage prominent figures and AIA fellows and Mentors who have compelling stories to share. The speakers will interact and share ideas with the AIA community in an open, interactive, and fun space that allows for networking, inspirational, and engaging talks.

As part of the event, an exclusive discussion session will be held in a panel comprising speakers well vested in the field of skills development, Agriculture, technology, governance, and entrepreneurship. They will bring to light and address issues about the future of work in Africa as far as rapid technological growth is concerned.
